At Hygge Soap Company, every bar is crafted in small batches with care, intention, and pure ingredients. Because each order is handmade and packed by us, we appreciate your patience as we prepare your package to arrive safely and beautifully.

All orders ship within 3–5 business days.
During seasonal launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer—thank you for supporting small-batch craftsmanship.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada only.
We hope to expand our shipping locations in the future — thank you for understanding.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of handcrafted soap, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
